Today, a Chemical engineer called Sandy visited our school to talk about matter (solid, liquids and gases) and how they change depending on the type and amount of energy they're exposed to. She also had us do some experiments that involved an explosion, changing temperature and playing with a non-newtonian substance that's a solid and a liquid (oobleck).
