Our Morning Meditation

Three times a week. everyone in our school begins their day with meditation. In Senior S, we sit around the prayer cloth that has been carefully prepared by members of the class. With our eyes closed we focus on breathing deeply and saying "Maranatha" (Aramaic for "Come Lord Jesus") to ourselves for 5-10 minutes.
Some of the health benefits of meditation are:
- Makes you feel calm
- It makes you healthier
- It lowers stress levels
- It helps you sleep better
- Structured time to be prayerful
