  4. Hi Middle S, I voted for eat healthy food, but since Easter wasn't that long ago and I'm a big chocolate fan, I also like to exercise to keep me healthy. The chocolate keeps me happy!

  9. It's great that as a school we choose a healthy action every Tuesday and Thursday-meditation is one of the greatest ways to stay healthy.

    I think all of your suggestions are important to a persons health and wellbeing however I chose exercise/sport because when I am feeling frustrated, stressed or annoyed exercise always helps me to feel better and think positively. Your choices for the survey show that you already know a lot about health and wellbeing. Keep up the great work everyone.

If you think positive thoughts you can exercise and play sport better, eat good food, meditiate easier, and stay relaxed!!     Great to see you are finding different ways of interpreting information! Although I chose 'play sport/exercise', I also believe that 'eating healthy food' plays a very important role in being happy and healthy. With a balance of the two, your general wellbeing will be at it's best.
